Crash Champions Collision Repair Champaign

I had an experience at Crash Champions that went far beyond what I expected. I came in simply to get an estimate for collision damage, but during the inspection, Faith, my estimator, and I discovered there was a possum hiding inside my car! Instead of sending me somewhere else or leaving me to deal with it, Faith immediately jumped into action. Before I knew it, there was an entire team working together to safely remove the possum. They were incredibly calm, professional, and honestly so kind throughout the whole situation. Best of all, they did it completely free of charge. It’s rare to find a business where the employees genuinely care about helping people, even when it’s something completely unexpected and not part of the job. The level of teamwork and customer service I witnessed was amazing. Faith and the entire crew turned what could have been a stressful, scary experience into one I’ll actually laugh about—and remember because of how well they treated me. If you’re looking for a collision shop with outstanding customer service, knowledgeable staff, and people who truly go above and beyond, I can’t recommend Crash Champions enough. Thank you to Faith and everyone who came

Great experience working with them on two different claims. They were also able to let me know I had a nail in a tire and patched it free of charge!

The hood on my car wasn’t closing due to a bent bracket/latch mechanism and the folks at Crash Champions in Champaign immediately stepped up and took on the job. They showed absolute professionalism and understanding as to what needed to be done. Would 10/10 recommend this place. P.S. while other places couldn’t identify the issue, Crash Champions team could- they’re experienced!

Service with a smile is exactly what you get at Crash Champions. I needed my bumper replaced, and the entire process was seamless from start to finish. I received a timely estimate and was kept informed every step of the way-from when the parts arrived to scheduling a time to match the paint. They were incredibly accommodating and worked around my busy schedule to make drop-off and pickup easy. When I got my car back, it looked amazing-and it was spotless both inside and out, which was such a nice touch. Truly top-notch service. Crash Champions is absolutely the place to take your car when it needs attention!

They had my car for k er three months. They said they could not find the right bumper… they found the right bumper did all the cosmetic work then months later said it wouldn’t start. My insurance decided to total it out but it would of been nice to know that 3 months prior my insurance company said it is not normal for a body shop to repair a car with engine problems so not sure who dropped the ball there. Either way they got paid and I was out of a car and in the unknown for 3 months. Also communication was great in the beginning then I stopped hearing from them I would take the progress and the date kept changing. I would recommend going to someone else for collision repairs. Or at least someone else for a pre inspection on weather your car is totaled or worth fixing.
